Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management, Detention Compliance and Removals, is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 70CDCR26R00000026 for multiple turnkey detention facility requirements.
