About this opportunity
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required for the removal of the existing TPO roof membrane on a roughly 5,000 square foot flat roof, inspection and conditional replacement of the wood underlayment (up to a 10% allowance), and the installation of a new TPO roof membrane system at USCG Base Portsmouth. See attached Statement of Work. It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238160 Roofing Contractors and a small business size standard of $19.0 million.
