The Government will evaluate quotes based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. The Government intends to evaluate the complete quotes and establish one 5-year firm-fixed priced purchase order (starting approximately 30 September 2026 through 29 September 2031) based on the initial submissions without conducting interchanges (INs); therefore, each quote should contain the best terms from a price standpoint.
