THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS. ACC-RSA has a Sole Source Requirement for FEMAP with NASTRAN, Thermal Solver, and NXN software maintenance license. This is a Sole Source with Paydarfar Industries, Inc, IAW FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B). IAW FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B), Paydarfar Industries, Inc is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement for FEMAP with NASTRAN, Thermal Solver, NXN. FEMAP is uniquely engineered by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to natively integrate with these proprietary environments without data loss or third-party file translation.
