THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS. ACC-RSA has a Sole Source Requirement for Questa One software licenses. This is a Sole Source with Siemens Industry Software Inc., IAW FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B). IAW FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B), Siemens Industry Software Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement for Questa One software. The Questa One licenses are used to run dynamic analysis simulations on Field Programmable Gate Array and Application-Specific Circuit source code. No Solicitation documents exist at this time.
