The effort will support development and implementation of a federally aligned quality standard derived from the existing QI-Core standard and updated to align with CMS quality measures and other applicable quality measurement requirements. Services include standards governance and lifecycle management; stakeholder outreach and coordination; development, testing, balloting, publication, and maintenance of the applicable HL7 FHIR Implementation Guide; implementation support; and activities necessary to promote a sustainable and high-performing standard. The requirement is specific to standards under HL7 governance.
