About this opportunity

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to LAZ Parking Ltd. LLC for the leased parking spaces located in the building of the CFTC Headquarters at 1155 21st Street, NW, Washington, DC. The current parking spaces available are located directly in/under the building and are managed by LAZ Parking Ltd. LLC. The contractor is the only source that can provide the service. The period of performance of the purchase order will be for a period of twelve (12) months from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.
