To support this mission, the Government requires a modern software solution that serves as a relational database and analysis toolset. This toolset is essential for the iSMART (interoperable Systems Management and Requirements Transformation) process and is used to populate, edit, analyze, and manage TDL message data, platform implementations, and interoperability evaluations.
