THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR NON-COMPETITIVE REQUIREMENT: The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Regional Directorate intends to solicit on a firm-fixed price basis using sole source acquisition procedures with HVF West, LLC. The instant requirement is for the disposal of the two (2) CP-140A aircraft for the Commander, Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF). The Government intends to solicit directly with HVF West, LLC. on a sole source basis, as they are the only vendor who will provide this service at no cost to the United States Government (USG) on a bargaining basis, recovering their expenses from the sale of the recyclable material from the aircrafts.
