College Park Drive, Douglas, GA. Drawings should be requested from Andrews, Hammock & Powell, Inc., by contacting Jake Andrews via email (JAndrews@ahpengr.com) or by phone (478-405-8301). There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid conference on September 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the 2nd floor conference room of Richey Hall on the Douglas campus.
