Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this special notice as a means of complying with USDA Acquisition Regulation (AGAR), SUBPART 412.201-1, requiring that all calls above $20,000 be posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE). The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against the LMIR BPA to secure services secure services for Timber Stand Improvement thinning, bucking, and hand pilling on 421 acres (165 acres mandatory and 256 acres optional).
