COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION The purpose of this requirement is to maintain HVAC system performance, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and equipment reliability through replacement of HVAC air filters and cleaning of designated HVAC equipment located at NOAA buildings in Galveston, TX. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
