Background The Marion VA RRTP requires the procurement and installation of new Behavioral Health Mattresses to replace end-of-life mattresses. These mattresses are specifically designed to meet the safety, durability, and comfort standards necessary in a behavioral health setting. Procurement of mattresses meeting the specifications below will enhance patient satisfaction, reduce the risk of injury, and support the delivery of high-quality care to Veterans. 2.
