The bars themselves have also been deemed non-compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and require total removal. To replace the Ligature Resistant Grab Bar, the walls will have to be recoated with a matching epoxy color. Scope: Contractor shall provide all tools, shipping, delivery, personnel, transportation, demolition, to recoat the shower section of walls from the left corner around room 3K-116 at the Eugene J.
