THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, will be issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Brand Name Only Stryker BPX Podiatry Surgical Instruments. The Contractor shall provide Brand Name Only Stryker BPX Podiatry Surgical Instruments to the VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS). The Contractor shall provide products and services in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
