Statement of Work K9 Transport System Installation 1.0 PROJECT TITLE K-9 Transport Vehicle Custom Fabrication and Electronics Upfitting for Government-Furnished 2025 Ford Expedition (VIN: 1FMJU1G81SEA37022). 2.0 BACKGROUND Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) requires a fully integrated, safe, and secure canine transport vehicle to support military working dog (MWD) operations. To ensure the safety of both the canine and the handler, a standard passenger SUV must be heavily modified with specialized climate control telemetry, mechanical egress overrides, and a heavy-duty physical containment kennel. 3.0 GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED EQUIPMENT (GFE) VEHICLE The Government will furnish the following equipment to the Contractor’s facility (see paragraph 6.0 below for contractor facility require...
