The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Portland District has a requirement for a commercial, open-market, FOB destination supply procurement to supply 3 online Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) monitoring units, provide incidental installation and associated materials, as well as functional testing, system verification, and training at Lookout Point Dam in Lane County, Oregon. Lookout Point Powerplant has three main unit generator step-up transformers (GSUs) that all date from the mid-1950s. None of these transformers currently has online DGA monitoring.
