The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Portland District has a requirement for a commercial, open-market, FOB destination supply procurement to supply 3 online Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) monitoring units, provide incidental installation and associated materials, as well as functional testing, system verification, and training at Lookout Point Dam in Lane County, Oregon.
