The Prototype Combo building is generally described as approx. 4,998 sq. ft. single story building with an administrative office area of approx. 2,416 sq. ft. and a two vehicle storage and maintenance bay area of approx. 2,582 sq. ft. The Fuel Facility is generally described as a raised concrete island with gasoline and diesel fuel dispensers, automated fuel management system, and a 24? x 32? pre-engineered metal canopy.
