BONFIRE SUBMISSIONS ONLY: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with one firm to provide a flight-qualified spacecraft bus, payload integration and verification services, early hardware-in-the-loop testbed infrastructure, and integrated routine/orbital operations for a one-year astrophysics mission in Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO) in support of the NASA Landolt Mission (a federal grant awarded to George Mason Universityâs College of Science). George Mason University (hereinafter referred to as âGeorge Mason,â âMason,â or âUniversityâ) is a public institution of higher education and agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
