The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to develop a roadway asset management program that enables the City to assess roadway conditions, maintain transportation asset inventories, prioritize maintenance and rehabilitation activities, support budget development, and plan future infrastructure investments. The resulting program shall provide reliable data, reporting capabilities, and decision-support tools to enhance the management and preservation of the City's transportation network.
