The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed proposals from interested Professional Consultant Engineering Firms (Offeror) to provide on-call professional engineering services for multiple scopes of service on an as-needed basis under a basic task ordering agreement.The Offeror may choose to propose on one, all or any combination of the Scope of Services groups in which the Offeror has an interest. Competitive negotiations may result in awards to more than one offeror within each Scope of Services group.
