The County of Carroll invites sealed bids for the furnishing, delivery, and installation of equipment and related improvements for The Cannery Equipment and Learning Initiative at the Carroll County public-use community cannery. The project includes three phases: (1) replacement and installation of essential cannery processing equipment, including an extractor, dishwasher, and other core machinery; (2) conversion of the existing break room into a dedicated education and training space, including a new sink and related equipment; and (3) purchase and installation of a blancher.
