About this opportunity

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals with the intent to enter into a contract through competitive negotiations for Professional Services and related work by an architectural or engineering firm authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia with experience in providing Professional Services and Nonprofessional Services for large-scale, multi-year high-rise office renovation projects on a congested urban site and, in particular, demonstrated success in the design of government buildings showcasing an elevated civic presence.
