Frederick County is currently accepting sealed bids to supply inert leachate stone material to be used for the Frederick County Landfill Leachate Collection Layer. The total contract amount must be delivered to Frederick County Landfill located off Sulphur Spring Road in Frederick County, Virginia within 180 calendar days of the date of the Notice to Proceed. The material shall conform to the specifications which are approved by the Department of Environmental Quality.
