Wilcox County Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for turnkey construction of a 20' x 30' concession/restroom facility at the Wilcox County Schools tennis courts in Rochelle, Georgia. The building shall include a gable-style metal roof and decorative block/masonry designed to match existing structures. The facility shall include an approximately 13' x 9' storage/electrical room with exterior metal door and an approximately 17' x 10' concession area with exterior metal door, 8' roll-up service door, serving counter, sink, and hot water heater. The men's restroom shall have a separate exterior metal door and include an ADA-accessible stall with toilet, one urinal, and one sink.
