About this opportunity

The OAG is soliciting proposals from attorneys to advise and represent the OAG and the OAG's client agencies and institutions with respect to General Civil Litigation claims, cases, and miscellaneous matters which may arise or be brought in the course of the Commonwealth of Virginia's public business. Such claims, cases, and matters may specifically arise or be brought in the areas of, inter alia, civil rights issues, constitutional law, mandamus or prohibition, tort, Virginia State Bar administrative or quasi-prosecutorial proceedings, real estate and land use issues, or in any other areas, in which advice to and representation of the Commonwealth of Virginia will defend, protect, and safeguard the Commonwealth of Virginia's agencies, departments, employees and agents, institutions, offic...
