Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice (Owner) for the project entitled Martha K. Glaze RYDC Interior & Plumbing Renovation in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. Brief Description of Project Scope: The renovation at the Martha K. Glaze RYDC will include the removal and replacement of the main plumbing lines throughout the facility (as shown on drawings), removing and reconstructing selected CMU walls along with doors and frames.
