The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to inform industry of an upcoming requirement for Untargeted Metabolomics Analysis. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in RFO 12.201-1(c)(2).
