About this opportunity
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), has a requirement for National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) Lifestyle Change Program PreventT2 curriculum training. This requirement is being solicited as a total small business set aside. The Contractor shall provide one (1) two-day, in-person training for up to 18 Navajo Area IHS staff and public health professionals using the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)-recognized PreventT2 curriculum or an equivalent National DPP curriculum that meets current CDC standards.
