About this opportunity
The Project consists of removing the existing windows on two elevations and installing wood framing with metal wall panels. These two elevations will also receive masonry remediation which includes but is not limited to brick replacement, tuck pointing, installation of a breathable brick sealer and painting. An alternate for installation of batt insulation, fire rated sheet rock, and wall packs for exterior lighting is also included.
