About this opportunity
The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), will initiate a Competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) Process seeking a qualified commercial enterprise to develop and operate a food and beverage concept on the rooftop of the Grant Park Gateway Parking Facility. Interested vendors must demonstrate experience operating similar concepts, provide a strong concept and market fit for the Grant Park area, outline their approach to delivering the concept, and present a comprehensive business strategy, operational plan, and financial capability.
