36C78626R0104 Manufacture and Distribution of Flat Bronze Markers Pre-Solicitation Notice This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for a commercial acquisition using FAR Parts 12 and 15. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP). VENDORS SHALL NOT SUBMIT FORMAL PROPOSALS UNTIL AN RFP IS POSTED TO THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) WEBSITE. This requirement is a re-solicitation of the previously cancelled procurement for Flat Bronze Markers. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) on or about September 24, 2026, for the acquisition of flat bronze markers in support of VA's Memorial Products Service (MPS).
