The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is to issue this Request for Proposal (RFP) HM047626R0018 for public response for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Human Resource Management II (HRM II). The HRM II RFP will be a commercial effort under FAR Part 12, and the Government anticipates using Best Value – Tradeoff evaluation methods and acquisition procedures as described in FAR Part 15.
