The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, BUMED FM&C Directorate intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm, Fixed Price type contract for Naval Center for Combat and Operational Stress Control (NCCOSC) Support, on behalf of Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED).
