About this opportunity
Oconee County is seeking to establish an annual contract for the repair, rehabilitation and resurfacing of various roads throughout the County. Contractor must be GDOT pre-certified. All materials shall be in accordance with the GDOT Quality Products List (QPL). Bid Documents can be found at www.bidnetdirect.com//oconeecounty. A bid bond* in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount and a Consent of Surety must be included with your bid submission prior to the bid closing. The Consent of Surety shall state that upon award of agreement, a Performance and Payment bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the total agreement amount can be furnished. *Surety companies executing bonds must be authorized to transact business in the State of Georgia.
