Norfolk Widgeon HVAC Replacement. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of existing HVAC systems at DMV. A mandatory pre-bid will be held at DMV - 850 Widgeon Road, Norfolk, Virginia 23513 at 10:00 a.m. on October 8, 2026. Attendance shall be mandatory for those submitting a bid.
