About this opportunity
The purpose of this amendment is to publish formal responses to questions received prior to the solicitation closing deadline. Offerors must acknowledge and incorporate these questions and answers when preparing their final quotation. SIMPLIFIED EVALUATION PROCEDURES Due to fiscal year-end constraints, the Government will utilize simplified evaluation procedures as follows: Initial Ranking: All timely quotations will be ranked in order of price, from lowest to highest. Technical Evaluation: The lowest-priced quotation will be evaluated first to determine its technical acceptability. Award Determination: If the lowest-priced quotation is determined acceptable, evaluations will conclude, and award will be made to that offeror.
