Information Eligible applicants include Iowa institutions of higher education educator preparation programs accredited by an agency approved to do so by the U.S. Department of Education, approved by the Iowa State Board of Education. Grantees must comply with all applicable provisions of state and federal laws pertaining to nondiscrimination, sexual harassment, and equal employment opportunity.
