The purpose this Amendment 1 is to update Attachment 5 L-4 RFP Questions and Responses to respond to industry's questions and concerns. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to the contract specialist at aretha.y.jones.civ@us.navy.mil and luke.s.kelley.civ@use.navy.mil utilizing Attachment L-4 RFP Questions Form. Each question or comment should reference the applicable document, page number, and paragraph number.?
