Request for Qualifications - Police Department Renovation ProjectThe Town of South Hill is inviting qualified contractors to submit applications to prequalify to bid on the renovation of a building located at 111 East Danville Street, South Hill, Virginia into a new Police Department facility (the âProjectâ) within the downtown. General Contractors are the only contractors required to prequalify to bid for the Project. Subcontractors are not required to prequalify. Only General Contractors determined to be qualified through the Town of South Hillâs Prequalification to Bid Process will be eligible to submit a construction bid for the Project.
