PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR REFERENCE LAB TESTING IN SUPPORT OF LEGACY VETERANS INTEGRATED SERVICE NETWORK (VISN 15). ESTIMATED SOLICITATION PUBLICATION DATE IS OCTOBER 14, 2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 15, requires laboratory testing services. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing pre-analytic processing, analysis, and result interpretation for clinical and anatomical pathology specimens as requested by VA Medical Centers (VAMC) in VISN 15 geographic areas needed during the contract period.
