The Anchor School (hereafter called ¿School¿ or ¿Owner¿) desires to retain the services of a professional Construction Management (CM)/Contracting firm and therefore requests proposals from suitably qualified vendors to undertake Construction Management (¿CM¿) services to manage a phased succession of campus renovations totaling not to exceed $500,000 at 460 Wesley Chapel Rd., Decatur, GA 30035. The Anchor School is a State Charter Schools Commission of Georgia public charter school that is currently serving 6th through 8th grade scholars in the Metro Atlanta region.
