Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), the University of Georgia is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to accept bids for GE outdoor light fixtures, per the attached Bid Specifications. SUBSTITUTES AND/OR ALTERNATES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services, including any applicable shipping charges FOB Destination to Athens, GA, and all other requirements as outlined in the Specifications.
