The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the Proposed Improvements to serve Kennedy Place Rural Workforce Housing Initiative as shown on the construction drawings. In general, construction consists of the installation of low pressure force main system consisting of ± 2,614 linear feet of 2" HDPE Force Main, ± 995 linear feet of 3" HDPE Force Main, ± 3,659 linear feet of 4" HDPE Force Main, ± 0.9 miles of urban roadway including grading, drainage, base and pavement, concrete sidewalk, fire lane , curb and gutter; ± 3,024 linear feet of storm drain pipe of various sizes; ± 369 liner feet of 6-inch PVC water main; ± 4,967 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water main, including associated gate valves, fittings, ± 70 residential water met...
