The Commission on VASAP is seeking proposals for the annual training conference to be held on August 3-5, 2027. The proposal shall include the following:Overnight lodging for up to 150 participants for August 3 and 4, 2027 per state per-diem rates. Breakfast and lunch at state per-diem for up to 150 participants for August 4 and 5, 2027.Break food and drinks at state per-diem rates for up to 150 participants on August 4 and August 5 in the morning and afternoon.General meeting space to accommodate up to 150 participants in a classroom style setting for August 4 and 5, 2027.Two break-out rooms to accommodate 60 participants on August 4 and 5, 2026.Registration area and a separate storage space for August 3-5, 2027. Audio visual to include six microphones, 1 lavalier, 4 presentation screen...
