Fulton County, Georgia "County" The Selected Bidder shall coordinate and administer Alternative Senior Transportation Services for eligible ambulatory seniors in Fulton County. Upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), the Selected Bidder shall have a maximum of four (4) weeks to establish operations, configure systems, finalize TNC integrations, and prepare for service implementation, unless otherwise approved by the Department of Senior Services. Acceptable service models include broker services, direct TNC platform, phone-dispatch concierge, assisted-ride provider, managed transportation platform, or a hybrid mode.
