Important: This is contingent on federal funding which will be confirmed on or before December 11, 2026. CASC is seeking bids from food vendors (no third-party companies or event planners) who can deliver lunches, breaktime beverages, and snacks to Fairfax, VA for approximately 20 people (estimated) for two days in June 2027. The final attendee count will be confirmed 3 days prior to the event. Meals, beverages, etc. will need to be delivered to Blenheim Blvd in Fairfax, VA. Read the Scope of Services document carefully for details.
