The City of Powder Springs is seeking sealed bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors for the construction of a new signalized intersection and a new access road parallel to Powder Springs Street. The project will include traffic control, signal installation, concrete curb and median work, asphalt topping, striping and marking, median landscaping, concrete stormwater installation, and all other work necessary for completion of the project.
