The City of Winder, Georgia is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide Preconstruction Engineering Design Services for the Jackson Street @ SR 8 (May Street) - Pedestrian Bridge project. This project involves the construction of a 10¿ wide pedestrian bridge extending between S. Jackson Street and North Jackson Street and spanning State Route (SR) 8 (May St.).
