The City of Norcross is soliciting sealed proposals for Custodial Cleaning Services from qualified and experienced custodial service providers to perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance services for various City-owned facilities. The purpose of this contract is to maintain a sanitary, professional, and public-ready conditions in all City facilities. The scope of work includes nine (9) locations requiring a range of custodial services. The City intends to award a 1-year contract with four (4) automatic renewals to one company. All work must be conducted according to industry standards.
